Ina P Montgomery, M.Ed. is the Chief Technology Officer and Edupreneur of Urban TEC (Technology Empowered Communities); Training Systems.  The company is a digital literacy and training company whose mission is to bridge the digital divide effectively and efficiently through computer technology training and 21st-century employment skills to help clients improve their competency and enhance their credentials so they can succeed in their career paths.

Ms. Montgomery has been a technology professional for over twenty-five years. Her career began in corporate America as a computer based training developer for one of the top three consulting firms in Washington, DC. Ms. Montgomery has continued her passion for training development by creating a line of educational and training deliverables targeted at urban schools and communities.

Ms. Montgomery has developed and delivered life skills training programs that have taught a range of topics including but not limited to leadership, public speaking, social etiquette, and personal development. Ms. Montgomery is also a personality preference certified trainer for Insight Institute so she can help her clients match their personality with their career interests.

Ms. Montgomery has also served as an Adjunct Professor and a Workforce Development Trainer with Metropolitan Community Colleges for over ten years. In these roles, she has delivered classroom instruction on technology and delivered workforce training to customers like Bayer Corporation, QuickTrip, and Unilever.

Ms. Montgomery has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from South Carolina State University and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia.
